Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a franchise-operated restaurant in Florida. You will be responsible for running a high-volume location, achieving quality, service, and cleanliness standards, and leading a team of Department Managers to reach restaurant goals.

Ideal candidates have previous GM experience in fast-food or related hospitality/retail settings and must be 18 or older. Benefits include extensive paid time off, holiday pay, health coverage, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

• Lead a team of Department Managers and supervise hiring, coaching, and development.
