Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a qualified leader to oversee daily brand execution in both front of house and back of house, ensure restaurant cleanliness, support Same Store Sales growth, and uphold the company culture and values.

You will lead weekly meetings, review staff schedules, monitor line speed and transaction times, ensure quality food preparation, and act as the primary contact for customer service to drive positive reviews.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
• Proven track record of promoting team members
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and predictable attendance

• Lead the execution of the brand daily in both FOH & BOH
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness for FOH & BOH
• Drive Same Store Sales growth
• Monitor line speed via transaction times
• Serve as the primary contact for customer service and reviews
• Oversee quality food preparation following Mo’ Bettahs standards
• Coordinate weekly meetings with leadership and trainers
• Review weekly employee schedules and complete weekly reports
