Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a dedicated team member to oversee daily brand execution, ensuring cleanliness and service excellence in both FOH and BOH areas. The role includes driving same-store sales growth, monitoring line speeds, and acting as the main liaison for customer service and reviews.

The candidate should embody Mo’ Bettahs values, demonstrate strong communication, lead and motivate staff, and be willing to undergo required trainings and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of the brand daily and maintain high standards of cleanliness in FOH & BOH.
• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth and line speed measured by transaction times.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer service and oversee customer reviews.
• Attend weekly meetings with GM and trainers; assist with schedules and reporting.
• Follow all company policies on health, safety, sanitation and appearance.
