Mo’ Bettahs in Boise, ID is seeking a General Manager to drive daily brand execution, oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards. You will be responsible for customer service, employee development, and achieving store metrics.

You will lead weekly meetings, review staff schedules, complete reporting, and coordinate training with the Manager in Training. Excellent communication and leadership are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of the brand daily and oversee both FOH & BOH operations.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and manage line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage customer reviews.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the team and trainers.
• Review weekly employee schedules and complete reports and ordering.
• Maintain Mo’ Bettahs culture and uphold company policies.
