Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs in Forney, TX is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the brand daily, oversee front and back of house operations, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment. You’ll coordinate team activities and foster the aloha spirit to deliver great guest experiences.

You will drive same-store sales growth, monitor line speed, and act as the primary contact for customer service, reviews, and training initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in food service.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Ability to develop talent within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily brand execution across FOH & BOH.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and line speed.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with leadership and trainers.
• Review weekly staff schedules and complete reports.
