Border Foods LLC, a large Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to operate the full restaurant and lead a team focused on great food and friendly guest service. You will reinforce core values and unlock employee potential in a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, scheduling, and developing staff. Candidates should have 1+ years in food service, ServeSafe, and willingness to work varied shifts; 50-hour weeks expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
