Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish and/ or Creole communication skills are extremely helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to create a profitable store with best-in-class service.
• Manage costs, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Ensure policies are followed, including employment and incident documentation.
• Teach, motivate, and coach team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
• Ensure Steps of Service are followed and provide PEAKS service to every table.
• Hold staff accountable to standards, safety, sanitation, and policy compliance.
• Handle cash responsibly and perform accurate checkouts and deposits.
• Maintain training programs and materials for new employees.
• Drive sales through operations and local store marketing efforts.
• Uphold health code standards and responsible alcohol service.
