Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience in fast‑food settings or related sectors, and a background in hospitality or retail is highly valued. 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high‑volume quick‑service locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is preferred.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older to manage.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach staff.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team for the future.
