McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in fast-food, hospitality or retail. Must be 18+, with a track record of coaching and developing teams for strong restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience at high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant and ensures Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads Department Managers, sets goals, and coaches teams to improve performance.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the future team.
