Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead Department Managers, set goals with leadership, and coach teams to achieve results.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume settings, with a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18+ to oversee operations in our franchisee-owned restaurant network.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure a strong team moving forward.
