Qualifications

• Must have prior General Manager experience in a fast-service/high-volume setting.
• Experience leading Department and Shift Managers with coaching and direction.
• Background in hospitality or retail is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a profitable restaurant and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Directly manage Department and Shift Managers to meet goals and drive performance.
• Recruit, develop and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
