McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume McDonald's restaurant and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead Department Managers, set goals and coach teams to achieve them, while driving profitability.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in quick service, hospitality or retail, and must be 18 years or older. This is a franchisee-owned restaurant position.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the team.
