McDonald’s Franchise is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and coach for improvement while hiring and developing leaders to ensure future success.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations; a background in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired. You must be 18 or older to manage.

Qualifications

• General Manager must run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals and providing coaching and direction.
• Ideal candidates should have GM experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure alignment with Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers and set progress goals, then coach to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the team for the future.
• Drive goals and create plans to achieve them in a fast-paced environment.
