Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail. You must be 18+ to qualify for a managerial role.

Qualifications

• The General Manager runs a profitable restaurant and ensures Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, setting goals and coaching for improvement.
• May hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
