Qualifications

• Flexible to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid DL in good standing and access to reliable transportation.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive performance.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure food safety, health inspections and equipment maintenance.
