Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak and read English
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial objectives and local restaurant marketing plans.
• Manage restaurant floor operations and guest interactions.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; coach and document performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and oversee equipment and premises maintenance.
