Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage annual financial goals and local restaurant marketing.
• Oversee guest service, staff coaching, and HR objectives.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees while coaching according to SOP.
• Ensure food meets SOP specs, manage inventory and ordering.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Record reports and communicate within the organization.
