Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders and staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and brand standards
• Ensure health and safety and sanitation compliance
• Create a guest-focused culture and review guest feedback to drive improvements
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Lead new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling
