Job summary

You will supervise team members, train shift leaders, and ensure opening/closing operations, cash control and food safety compliance.

You will recruit, coach, and motivate staff, manage costs, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail, restaurant or hospitality teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or predominant market language.
• College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, coaching and feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash management, inventory control, and brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements.
• Engage with the local community and explore partnerships or sponsorships.
