The RGM is responsible for all business activities in one restaurant location, including achieving sales goals, controlling expenses, and creating an engaging work environment where team members can grow while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and conflict resolution.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and labor cost management.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick and accurate service.
• Build team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and identify opportunities for service and food quality improvement.
• Assist and resolve guest complaints in-person or by phone and apply the listen–apologize–satisfy–thank model.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally; direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide regular feedback, identify areas for improvement, and cross-train staff to develop new skills.
