Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced environment in the San Antonio area. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage a team of 10–45, and ensure profitability and compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a strong grasp of P&L, and the ability to lead, develop staff, and adapt to a dynamic franchise setting. Position requires long hours and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs (if applicable).
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and outcomes like sales and profitability.
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Must be able to work long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
