Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Burnsville, MN to oversee a single restaurant with 10–45 staff. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales and profitability while leading the management team and ensuring compliance across shifts.

Responsibilities include financial controls, operations, people development, and effective communication with district managers, staff and vendors. Applicants should have restaurant management experience and meet age requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L to influence profitability.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Complete all internal certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (10–45 employees) to meet guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead management team; oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long and irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers under DM.
• Interact with staff, management, district managers, customers and vendors.
