Church's Chicken in Livingston, TX seeks a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a single unit, ensure high quality, value-focused dining, and provide friendly, fast service in a clean, safe environment.

The RGM oversees operations, drives sales, manages expenses, develops the team, and maintains a positive, energetic workplace. Shift coverage includes day, evening, and night; requires 30-40 hours weekly and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have 1 year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Pass training and tests.
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance.
• Able to work 30-40 hours per week and weekends.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, HR procedures, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all business activities in one restaurant location.
• Provide a superior and memorable experience for guests.
• Achieve sales goals and control expenses to budget.
• Create a fun, high-energy environment with engaged team members.
• Direct reports typically include an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, Shift Leaders and Team Members.
