TMart is seeking motivated General Managers to lead Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins restaurants across multiple states. We provide paid training and a structured path from Management Trainee to General Manager, with certification bonuses at various levels and performance-based rewards.

Certified Managers can earn a monthly bonus up to $500 and weekly bonuses tied to key metrics, plus year-end bonuses and referral incentives.
