TMart is seeking motivated General Managers to lead Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Training is provided through an eight-week program, with certification paths and performance-based bonuses.

Base pay starts at $46K–$56K per year, with monthly bonuses up to $500 and weekly bonuses up to $100, plus year-end bonuses. Benefits include health, 401k, disability, and paid time off. Excellent leadership opportunities and career growth await.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Complete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
• Complete weekly schedules ensuring shifts meet demand and standards.
• Complete vendor orders and manage supplies.
• Conduct self-assessments and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met per Franchisee guidance.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on operational standards.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
