Job summary

TMart is seeking motivated General Managers for Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations across the Midwest. You’ll start as a Management Trainee, learn our systems, and develop the leadership skills to run successful restaurants.

Compensation starts with a base pay of $46K–$56K per year, plus monthly bonuses up to $500, weekly bonuses up to $100, year-end bonuses over $10K, and other merit bonuses. Benefits include health, 401k, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop staff across shifts.
• Strong guest-service mindset and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review feedback and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Execute product rollouts, including training and marketing.
