TMart is seeking motivated General Managers to lead Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins restaurants across the Midwest region. The role emphasizes building a strong guest-focused culture while managing teams, training staff, and upholding brand standards.

You will begin in a paid Management Trainee program, with certifications and progression toward General Manager status. Competitive base pay is complemented by monthly, weekly, and yearly bonuses and a solid benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Control costs to help maximize profitability.
• Completion of regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
• Completion of weekly schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards.
• Completion of vendor orders.
• Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans.
• Ensure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings.
• Deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
