Border Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead a restaurant team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safe, friendly service, and drive performance while upholding food quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
