Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast‑food, or casual dining preferred.
• College or culinary schooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff according to company policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise employees; plan and direct work.
• Coach and mentor team to ensure guest satisfaction and performance.
• Maximize sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee P&L, inventory, and scheduling using company tools.
