Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong financial acumen including cost controls and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; manage performance.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability through team leadership and coaching.
