Job summary

Wing Stop Restaurants, Inc. seeks a proactive Restaurant General Manager for a New Jersey location. You will lead front of house and back of house operations, drive sales, manage costs, and mentor a growing team, ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years as a GM, 2+ years driving financial results, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Franchise support and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• FOH and BOH management experience.
• Hands on working manager with kitchen management experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of team leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of responsibility for financial results.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, assign, schedule, mentor and develop team members.
• Lead by example with a hands-on management style and high personal standards.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and financial performance of the restaurant.
• Build sales, increase profitability, and control labor/food costs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and sanitation procedures.
• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the District Manager.
• Establish and enforce policies; conduct regular inspections and inventory controls.
