Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with District Manager support.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate job expectations; monitor and review performance; enforce policies.
• Perform restaurant inspections; monitor inventory and record keeping.
• Resolve food preparation issues with care to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility; ensure sanitation and health standards.
• Own and expand responsibilities; seek opportunities to add value to the job.
