Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead a Wing Stop location in New Jersey. You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and drive sales while maintaining strong financial performance.

The role requires hands-on management, 2–3 years of restaurant leadership, and the ability to work 48-60 hours per week. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening/closing shifts.
• FOH and BOH management experience required.
• Hands-on working manager with prior kitchen management preferred.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
