Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in California to lead a unit’s operations, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

• Must be 18 years or older with supervisory experience in a service setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Experience managing costs and staff to drive performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and supervision for a Taco Bell unit.
• Manages cost categories to company guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth through service speed, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintains staffing levels for all days/parts and schedules accordingly.
• Prepares performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Conducts hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGM roles.
• Coaches and develops team to meet certification and performance goals.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Verifies safe restaurant environment and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster loyalty.
• Shares operating results with area coach and manages turnover positively.
• Performs food preparation and cash handling as needed.
