Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of an El Pollo Loco restaurant location in Los Angeles. You will lead operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and company standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, staffing, and financial acumen, with focus on labor optimization, training, and maintaining high QSC and guest satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a QSR environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach team to drive efficient restaurant operations.
• Open/close procedures and restaurant setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Optimize labor planning and scheduling to match sales volume and targets.
• Provide coverage and support across all workstations as needed.
• Ensure food safety, health department compliance, and guest service excellence.
