KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our growing team. We lead a fast-paced operation at KFC locations, focusing on profitability and exceptional guest service.

You will recruit, train and coach Team Members and Managers, manage inventory and labor, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant that delivers a quality product. Minimum GM experience in quick service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview and hire staff.
• Track record of coaching and developing employees for operational excellence.
• Experience managing profitability and guest experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to uphold operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts regularly and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Maintain safety and quality standards to deliver a quality product.
