Qualifications

• 1+ year as Restaurant General Manager or similar role with profit & loss responsibility
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong guest-service standards and restaurant operations knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success
• Conduct inventory counts on a biweekly basis
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products
