KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our KFC locations. You will guide a team, implement profitability strategies, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Ensure a quality product and friendly guest experience.
