Job summary

KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive profitability, oversee daily operations, and set the standard for guest satisfaction across our KFC locations.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of GM experience in food service with P&L responsibility, is 18+, and can close the restaurant on two nights weekly while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor; review financials and take action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence for restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
