KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our KFC locations in a fast-paced team environment. You will oversee staffing, training and profitability while delivering a high‑quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security, inventory and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGMs.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean, guest‑friendly restaurant and quality product.
