KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a KFC restaurant within our growing footprint. You will drive daily operations, supervise a team, and implement strategies to deliver a great guest experience and strong profitability.

You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls, while promoting safety and quality. This role includes paid training and career development opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk long shifts, operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, and labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire team members and managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant and quality product for guests.
