Job summary

KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast‑paced KBP Foods/KFC operation. You will drive profitability, oversee staffing, training, inventory, and guest experience to ensure top performance across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year GM experience in quick service or retail with P&L responsibility, and must be able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Benefits include medical, PTO, and education programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Restaurant General Manager in fast‑food or retail with profit and loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory and labor, reviewing financial reports and taking action as needed
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success
• Conduct inventory counts every other week
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with a quality product
