Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its KBP Foods KFC franchise locations. You will lead a restaurant team, drive profitability, manage operations, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across shifts.

We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and internal opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have at least 1 year of GM experience in quick service and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
