Luke’s Lobster is seeking a General Manager in Boston to lead a high-energy fast-casual shack in Back Bay. You will build and develop a diverse team, deliver warm guest interactions, and run daily operations with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.

You will manage P&Ls, scheduling, and expenses while maintaining the Maine heritage in guest experiences. This leadership role offers growth, a competitive salary, and a robust benefits package.

Formación
