Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations via a team of managers and crew. You will champion Red Lobster’s principles, driving culinary, beverage and service excellence while creating an outstanding crew experience.

Successful candidates will deliver balanced guest, employee, process, and financial results, guiding sustainable growth in sales and profits through people, personal, business and results leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
• 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in Service & Culinary Manager positions.
• Proficiency communicating in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
