Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Ann Arbor, MI. You will oversee all restaurant managers and both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house teams, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

As the senior leader, you’ll hold P&L responsibility and act as the Operating Partner, ensuring culinary standards, safety, waste control and consistent performance across the unit.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years full service restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret and manage recipes to minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• You will manage all restaurant managers and back of house / front of house teams.
• You will have P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities.
• As the senior restaurant leader, you run the full operations/Managing Partner capacity.

We'd like for you to have:

• 3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• An excellent attention to detail.
