Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Michigan to lead an upscale casual/fine dining operation. You will oversee the overall restaurant performance, including BOH and FOH teams, ensuring high quality service and profitability.

As the senior leader, you will drive standards, manage recipes and waste, and partner with culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes detail, leadership, and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 4+ years full-service restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Steakhouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret/modify recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant managers and BOH/FOH teams.
• Oversee P&L and leadership responsibilities as senior restaurant leader.
• Run full operations as Managing Partner with backend/front-end oversight.

• 3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• An excellent attention to detail.
