Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual to fine dining concept in Michigan. You will oversee the restaurant leadership team, ensure guest experiences meet our standards, and drive daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and profitability.

As the senior manager, you will mentor store managers, supervise front and back of house, and manage P&L responsibilities to achieve company goals while upholding our culinary and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of full-service restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Experience in a steakhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant managers and front-of-house / back-of-house teams.
• Drive P&L and operating leadership as the senior restaurant leader.

• 3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
