Nbutexas is seeking a General Manager for our high-volume, upscale-casual restaurant in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop a skilled team, and uphold the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a full-service GM in a high-volume environment, with a proven track record managing costs, labor, and corporate systems within large upscale groups. This role demands polished leadership and a passion for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a full-service General Manager in a high-volume environment
• Must be highly polished and professional with strong full-service restaurant experience and sales volume of 6 Million or higher
• Must have experience with corporate systems and background with tenure in reputable large upscale restaurant groups
• Strong leadership, flexibility, and adaptability
• Highly skilled at managing costs and labor with health and sanitation code knowledge
• Solution-oriented and growth-focused in a dynamic company

Responsibilities
