NextGen Hospitality Solutions in Mississippi–Columbus is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, mentor a talented team, and ensure guest satisfaction across all shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as GM in busy concepts, strong P&L and cost-control experience, and leadership and communication skills. This role offers a competitive salary, performance bonus, and advancement opportunities.
